Church Reopening

whole whole fellowship church reopening

President Trump is encouraging churches to meet this Sunday for Pentecost and our Virginia Governor is allowing it, with certain safety measures in place.  Many are not yet comfortable gathering in church settings.  No pressure for any WWF person who is not yet ready to return, but we want to allow you to physically attend your own church if you so desire.  You may join us in the Main Sanctuary this Sunday morning, May 31st, at 10:30 AM where I’ll be sharing a message on Pentecost.

This first Sunday back will be abbreviated.  It will not include Teen Church, Children’s Church, Nursery or Coffee Fellowship.  Teen Church will be broadcast only for those watching from their homes.  Essentially, we will hold a 1.25 - 1.5 hour main service similar to what we’ve been broadcasting for the last two months.  This main Sunday service will continue to be webcast for those who wish to watch online from home.

If you are sick or considered high risk for COVID-19, we encourage you to stay home a while longer.  If you do decide to attend, please wear your trusty mask and plan to maintain the social distance rules.  We have configured our Main Sanctuary seating with 6’ distancing in place, along with the other requirements mandated by our Governor.  (Please click here to see the applicable Virginia guidelines we have put in place for Religious Services.

Once again, there’s no pressure for you to attend.  This is not a test of your faith or your courage.  Please drop me an email if you have any questions @ pitts@wholeword.net.

Blessings to all,

Pastor Pitts Evans
